Representation of Durable Medical Equipment Manufacturer: U.S. ex rel. Grogan v. Innovative Therapies, Inc. (M.D. Tenn.)

We represented a durable medical equipment manufacturer in a Department of Justice investigation involving allegations of False Claims Act violations related to the marketing and distribution of certain negative pressure wound therapy devices as durable medical equipment. We negotiated a favorable resolution of the matter on the client’s behalf.
