We represented an addiction treatment company in a lawsuit alleging that defendants prescribed Suboxone when not medically indicated, ordered unnecessary urine drug testing, and billed for higher levels of care than were provided. We persuaded the Department of Justice to decline intervention, after which the relator voluntarily dismissed the case.
