We represented a provider of SaaS based services that enabled the web-based integration of disparate healthcare IT systems.  We represented the client in connection with its technology law matters and technology transactions, including strategic alliances and development agreements, and advised the client regarding structuring its technology transactions.  We represented the client in multiple private label and reseller transactions, established their entire licensing system for customer-facing agreements, and represented the client in a technology development, transfer and license-back transaction with a strategic partner, for data transfer components of its platform.
