We have represented Planned Systems International (PSI), a global information technology services and solutions provider, through several protests that resulted in wins for our client, including two recent protests that resulted in the government taking corrective action. In the first protest, our client challenged the award of a contract to Laulima Government Solutions, LLC for Clinical Trial Center Support Services at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). After the initial protest, the WRAIR took corrective action, and awarded to Laulima again. Our client protested again, and the WRAIR took corrective action again. The corrective actions resulted in our client being given another chance for award consideration.

Similarly, the Army National Guard (ANG) recently awarded a contract to ASM Research, LLC (a subsidiary of Accenture Federal Services) for Centralized Credentialing and Privileging Program Management Support Services for the National Guard Bureau. Within 30 days of filing the protest, the ANG took corrective action and will perform an organizational conflict of interest analysis in accordance with FAR 9.504, re-evaluate the technical and management volumes of the proposals, conduct a new trade-off analysis, and issue a new award decision.
