Patent Review and Strategic Planning for Parking Services Company

We evaluate and advise on potential infringement risks on behalf of a parking services company based on numerous patents owned by a competitor and former business partner, including the review and analysis of the merits of two pending federal district court litigations against others and results of USPTO ex parte reexamination. We are currently reviewing and advising on ongoing research and development efforts in view of the competitor’s portfolio, as well as the patent portfolio of select competitors for technology trends and scope of protection.
