Patent Prosecution and Defense for a Musical Instrument Company

We filed a complaint on behalf of our client, a musical instrument company, alleging that another instrument manufacturer infringed upon its patented drum carrier. We also represented the client in responding to various infringement assertions made against them by the instrument manufacturer. We successfully defended our client’s patent in ex parte reexamination before United States Patent and Trademark Office.
