We represented a private business that owns and operates fixed base operations at large airports nationally and in Tennessee. When one of the four major airports in Tennessee built with public funds and paid to a contractor to operate a competitor facility, we caused legislation to be introduced and initiated activity with the State Department of Transportation. The matter was resolved to the client’s satisfaction in 18 months.
