We advised Juris Inc. in the sale of its law firm management software business to LexisNexis®, a division of Reed Elsevier (NYSE), in a transaction that provides liquidity to Juris’ stockholders and allows LexisNexis® to better serve law firms of all sizes. 

Juris, Inc. specializes in law office management and business software designed specifically for small- and medium-sized law firms. 

This experience gained prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims PLC.
