We represented a sports organization in a two-month investigation into a former professional team employee and their interactions with both the team’s staff and players. This investigation involved multiple areas of law, including potential violations of civil rights laws, as well as healthcare regulatory matters. We conducted witness interviews, served as a liaison between the client and its division for reporting findings, and prepared a report and recommendation to the client at the conclusion of the investigation.
