Internal Investigation for Nonprofit Organization

We represent a nonprofit organization in an investigation of allegations that an officer of the organization, along with another trustee, was running an art brokerage business using a line of credit taken out in the name of the organization and taking large commissions from the proceeds of such business, all without the proper approval. The officer’s relationship with the organization was successfully terminated.
