FCPA DOJ and SEC Investigation of Automotive Company

We represented a Fortune 500 U.S. automotive company in an FCPA investigation by U.S. Justice Department (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This representation included multiple presentations to and coordination and negotiation with the FCPA Unit. Such presentations concerned not only the subject matter of the investigation, but also included presentations regarding the effectiveness of the Company’s compliance program.
