We handled the crisis management response/investigation for a large paper manufacturer of an incident that resulted in the death of a subcontract employee. We collected and preserved evidence and documentation, facilitated witness interviews, retained experts, and ultimately submitted an expert report to OSHA that resulted in few citations/penalties being assessed against our client. The litigation in this case is still pending.
