We obtained summary judgment on behalf of a retailer in a sexual harassment case involving a current employee of the retailer. The employee alleged that he was subject to sexual harassment during his employment and was retaliated against after reporting such harassment to his supervisors. The employee further alleged a violation of the Equal Pay Act based on his claim that his female counterparts receive higher wages. The court granted our client’s Motion for Summary Judgment in full, resulting in a dismissal of the employee’s claims in their entirety.
