Defense of Product Failure Cases

Between 2008 and 2012, we represented Morgan Keegan in defense of more than 300 customer-initiated arbitrations in the wake of the failure of a family of mutual funds. While many of those arbitrations were withdrawn, dismissed or settled, 40 went through a final hearing and award.

Morgan Keegan (formerly NYSE: MOR) was a national financial services firm. In April 2012, Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. was acquired by Raymond James Financial, Inc.
