We represented Wisconsin-based RDN Heritage, LLC (RDN) in a contract dispute with the Johnny Cash Museum involving a financial agreement. In a 44-page Memorandum, the court agreed RDN was entitled to summary judgment on all the plaintiff’s claims for which summary judgment was sought as well as on the liability component of all of RDN’s counter-claims. We also secured a favorable settlement for RDN’s punitive damages claims. Jessie Zeigler served as lead counsel in this matter.
