CON Approved to Expand Hospice of Chattanooga’s Existing Service Area

Bass, Berry & Sims served as lead counsel to Hospice of Chattanooga Holdings LLC, part of Care Hospice’s national hospice network, in obtaining a Certificate of Need (CON) to initiate hospice services in 10 counties in Tennessee’s Upper Cumberland region. The project, which was unanimously approved by state regulators, increases Hospice of Chattanooga’s licensed service areas to 21 counties.

Care Hospice is a patient-centered, national hospice provider with 100 locations in 19 states, including Tennessee.
