CON Approved for Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance

Bass, Berry & Sims served as lead counsel to Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance (TOA) in obtaining a Certificate of Need (CON) to initiate MRI services at its new, $3.2 million state-of-the-art medical office building in the growing City of Hendersonville, Tennessee. State regulators unanimously approved TOA’s application. The approved site will be TOA’s first digital imaging lab in Sumner County.

TOA is the largest orthopedic surgery group in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, and one of the largest in the nation.
