CON Approved for Lifepoint’s Sumner Physician Practices

Bass, Berry & Sims served as lead counsel to Lifepoint’s Sumner Physician Practices (SPP) in obtaining a Certificate of Need (CON) to initiate MRI services for its orthopedic patients in a six-county service area, including DeKalb, Macon, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale and Wilson Counties. The CON project was unanimously approved by state regulators.
