Bass, Berry & Sims served as lead counsel to The Campbell Clinic in obtaining a Certificate of Need (CON) to initiate MRI services for patients at its orthopedic practice location in Cookeville, Tennessee, where it partners with Tier 1 Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Institute. The project was unanimously approved on the Health Facilities Commission’s consent calendar.
