CON Approved for BriovaRx Infusion Services

We served as lead counsel to BriovaRx Infusion Services (BriovaRx) in obtaining a Certificate of Need (CON) to expand its scope of home infusion services in Middle Tennessee from IVIG-only to all infusion medications dispensed by BriovaRx pharmacies. The application was unanimously approved by state regulators. Bass, Berry & Sims previously represented BriovaRx (formerly AxelaCare) in obtaining state-wide CON approval to establish a home health organization limited to IVIG infusions.

BriovaRx Infusion Services is the fourth largest provider of home infusion medications and services in the U.S. and is part of the Optum family of companies, owned by UnitedHealth Group, Inc. (NYSE: UNH).
