We served as lead counsel to BriovaRx Infusion Services (BriovaRx) in obtaining a Certificate of Need (CON) to expand its scope of home infusion services in Middle Tennessee from IVIG-only to all infusion medications dispensed by BriovaRx pharmacies. The application was unanimously approved by state regulators. Bass, Berry & Sims previously represented BriovaRx (formerly AxelaCare) in obtaining state-wide CON approval to establish a home health organization limited to IVIG infusions.
