CON Approved for 60-bed Behavioral Health Facility

We served as lead counsel to Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. in its efforts to obtain a Certificate of Need (CON) to build a $27 million mental health hospital in suburban Memphis, Tennessee. The new 60-bed facility will provide inpatient and outpatient services to patients of all ages. The facility will provide substance abuse treatment services, as well. Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation and St. Francis Hospital-Memphis will partner with Acadia in implementing the project. The project was unanimously approved by state regulators.
