Bass, Berry & Sims served as lead counsel to Tennessee Oncology in obtaining a Certificate of Need (CON) to initiate linear accelerator services in rapidly growing White House, Tennessee (Robertson County). The project brings much-needed, community-based cancer treatment to patients in northern Middle Tennessee, including a primary service area consisting of zip codes within a 15-mile radius of the project’s location that cover Davidson, Robertson, Sumner and Wilson Counties, as well as parts of southern Kentucky. The project was unanimously approved by state regulators.
