Foreign Direct Investment and National Security: Implications and Guidance

Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Samar Ali and Todd Overman, along with Dr. Jason Dempsey, Center for a New American Security, will serve as panelists at an International Business Council lunch program titled, “Foreign Direct Investment and National Security: Implications and Guidance.” Thad McBride will moderate the program as panelists explain the current international investment landscape and emphasize the national security security issues that permeate it.
