  • Discuss how recent changes to the Big Three Stark definitions impact current and future arrangements
  • Examine the new value-based enterprise structure and the potential for new value-based arrangements, including arrangements that share upside and downside risk
  • Study new opportunities to provide free items and services to patients to support care needs and address unmet needs, including social determinants of health
