Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Richard Eiler will speak at the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) 20th Annual Health Law Primer virtual forum in a session titled, “Reimbursement and Licensure Basics,” from 3:00 – 4:00 PM CDT. This session will provide an introductory outline of key considerations for an attorney working on health care licensure and reimbursement issues in the context of transactions, establishment of a new facility, and day-to-day operations.
