Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Anna Grizzle and Danielle Sloane will speak at the Nashville Council of Health Care Attorneys on Tuesday, November 11. The presentation, called “Physician Relationship Audit Workshop: A Practical Guide to Auditing Physician Relationships and Addressing Identified Issues,” will review the basics of the Stark law, explain the reasons it is important to review physician relationships, and describe how to conduct an audit and respond to the audit results. The program will also focus on the ethical issues arising from reviewing the physician relationships.
The session will be held November 11, 2014 at the Community Health Systems in Franklin, Tennessee.
