Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Will Gebo will serve as a panelist during the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2026 May Tax Meeting Plans Conference in Washington, D.C., on May 8. The panel, presented by the Employee Benefits Multiple Employer Plan Subcommittee, will discuss the status of current governmental guidance and the industry response to the DOL’s 2025 Request for Information related to a potential PEP small employer safe harbor. The discussion will focus on what questions remain outstanding and practical considerations for attorneys representing employers considering PEPs or acquiring companies participating in PEPs.
