Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Catherine Sloan is co-presenting a webinar with Brookdale Senior Living attorney Stacey Meyer for the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA). The topic is “Medicare’s Proposal to Overhaul Home Health Conditions of Participation.”
The presentation will discuss the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) proposed rule to overhaul the current Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoP) for Home Health Agencies (HHAs). Catherine and Stacey will also discuss implications of the proposed rule, as these proposed rules would mark the first major set of revisions to the HHA CoPs since 1989, and the first substantive revisions since the institution of the Outcome and Assessment Information Set requirements in 1999.
