Bass, Berry & Sims member Denise Barnes will serve as a panelist for the American Bar Association Health Law Section webinar “FCA Enforcement Trends” on June 5, 2025.
Barnes will join fellow panelists to discuss recent trends in government enforcement related to the False Claims Act, including actions involving COVID-19 programs, the opioid epidemic, and medical device manufacturers. The webinar will examine developments shaping FCA investigations and enforcement priorities, as well as key considerations for healthcare organizations and industry stakeholders.
