Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Sehrish Siddiqui will serve as a moderator for the panel “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Through a Muslim Lens” at the National Association of Muslim Lawyers (NAML) Annual Conference 2022. The panelists included Baraa Kahf, Esq. – Partner at Knobbe Martens; Afshan Paarlberg, Esq. – Assistant Research Scholar & Project Director at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy; and Asker Saeed, Esq. – Principal at Saeed Consulting. The panel will be an open, thoughtful discussion about advancing diversity within big law, nonprofit and small law settings, both from the perspective as employer and attorney or employee. As the immediate past president, Sehrish sits on the board of NAML.
