Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Clint Hermes will co-present a session titled “Details Matter: Dissecting a Clinical Trial Agreement ” at the MAGI Clinical Research Hybrid Conference in Boston, Massachusetts. Clint will be joined by James Mantia, Senior Grants and Contracts Specialist, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Michael Swartz, Associate Director, Site Agreements, Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp.
The session will examine MAGI’s standard clinical trial agreement template and will include the site perspective, the sponsor/CRO perspective, and the regulatory and business context for each. Participants will also provide an introduction to CTAs.
