This webinar will explore the application of key federal fraud and abuse laws to ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs). We will explore key considerations with respect to investments, transactions, and physician and vendor arrangements. Participants will hear from industry experts on relevant laws and regulations, including the application of the Anti-Kickback Statute, Physician Self-Referral law, False Claims Act, and state and local laws to ASCs and the physician and non-physician investors.
