Josselyn Hernandez is the firm’s Manager of Strategic Growth. In this role she works with leadership to advance the firm’s lateral recruiting and market-expansion priorities, with an emphasis on partner recruitment. She collaborates with the firm’s director of strategic growth to develop and execute industry leading initiatives to attract high caliber partners in alignment with the firm’s strategic plan, leadership’s vision, firm growth objectives and practice goals.

Josselyn brings extensive experience in legal recruiting, talent acquisition, and professional integration across the legal, healthcare, and hospitality industries. She previously coordinated partner recruitment and integration at global law firm A&O Shearman, where she played a key role in facilitating the recruitment process for lateral partner candidates and supporting their successful onboarding and integration. She has deep expertise in market mapping, agency management, candidate screening, stakeholder engagement, and full-cycle recruitment coordination.

Josselyn has developed and streamlined recruiting and onboarding processes that enhance operational efficiency while delivering a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. She brings a strategic, process-oriented approach that ensures a consistent, high-touch experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial engagement through integration.
