Representation of Hospital System and Affiliated Hospital: U.S. ex rel. George v. Gupta (E.D. Tenn.)

We served as lead counsel representing Community Health Systems and its affiliated hospital in connection with a DOJ investigation of alleged FCA violations concerning a physician relationship, which resulted in declination by DOJ and dismissal of relator’s claims for failure to prosecute.
