Bass, Berry & Sims member Jeff Davis will present at the 22nd Annual 340B Coalition Winter Conference’26. Jeff will present during the session “Track 2: Looking Ahead: Drug Pricing Proposals, Medicaid Policy Changes, and Implications for 340B.”
This session will explore significant federal policy changes affecting the 340B program, including reduced Medicaid enrollment, increased uninsured populations and new drug pricing initiatives such as Most Favored Nation (MFN) policies, and examines their potential financial and operational impacts on 340B covered entities and patients.
