We represent a privately held, acute care hospital system with respect to employment litigation arising out of facilities across the country.  Several facilities received notice of an Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs audit with respect to compliance with Executive Order 11246 and similar statutes that apply to certain federal contractors.  We have represented those facilities with respect to the jurisdictional issues, as well as the review of Affirmative Action Plan preparation and the hiring, termination, and compensation practices that arise in such audits.
