We represented a multi-state nonprofit hospital system in FCA litigation in a DOJ investigation of alleged FCA violations concerning the billing of inpatient stays, renal dialysis services, and carotid artery stenting procedures. Resulted in declination by DOJ. We obtained a successful resolution of the matter, after significantly narrowing the scope of the case through negotiations with relator’s counsel and a motion for judgment on the pleadings.
