Bass, Berry & Sims and the Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel are hosting a complimentary lunch program covering “Getting Your IP House in Order.” There will be a discussion about real-life intellectual property issues that companies of all sizes face on a daily basis, including portfolio development and management, counterfeiting, patent trolls, trademark trolls, cybersquatting, civil litigation, and working with law enforcement to protect intellectual property.
Bass, Berry & Sims intellectual property attorneys Terry Clark and Martha Allard will be joined by Jeff Altheide from Griffin Technology to discuss best practices for companies laying an intellectual property foundation for maximum protection at home and abroad.
