Valerie Williamson is the Office Administrator for the Washington, D.C. office of Bass, Berry & Sims, responsible for the daily operations and business functions of that office.

Valerie began her professional career in the U.S. Air Force where she served as a Spanish Translator assigned to the National Security Agency in Fort Meade, Maryland, then later as a military justice paralegal and a non-commissioned officer of the base’s civil law department. As a professional with over 20 years in the legal industry, Valerie’s experience has spanned roles that range from a union shop steward to a paralegal manager, most recently as the Paralegal Manager at a D.C. law firm overseeing paralegal staff in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia.

In her pursuit of continued education, Valerie has attended numerous leadership and management trainings to include Managing Across Generations, DiSC Leadership Development and InsideOut Coaching.
