Will Sohn represents companies on a range of antitrust matters, including merger reviews conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), domestic and international antitrust litigation, and government investigations. His work crosses many industries, including aviation, healthcare, energy, and retail. He also has significant experience representing airlines and other aviation companies in regulatory matters before the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Will was an associate at multiple global law firms, where he counseled and defended clients in all phases of antitrust merger and non-merger investigations and lawsuits.
