Kurt Vincent counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. He works within a range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing and others.
Kurt earned his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School. He earned a B.A. in psychology, sociology and political science from the University of Tennessee.
