Sara Vance counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Sara was an associate at Sirote & Permutt, P.C. in Birmingham, Alabama, focused on corporate mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate. She earned her law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and a B.A. in political science from Mississippi State University.
