Caleb Tindell counsels clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial contracts, capital raising and investments, entity formation, and general governance matters. His clients range from small start-ups to publicly traded entities at various stages of maturity across several industries.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Caleb was an associate at Thompson Hine LLP in Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.A. in history and political science from the University of Tennessee.
