Marc Tahiry assists clients with commercial real estate transactions with a focus on commercial leasing. He regularly represents landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating leases for general office, retail and healthcare space in both single and multi-tenant locations. He also works closely with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on real estate due diligence for large corporate mergers and acquisitions. The full scope of Marc’s commercial real estate experience includes:

  • Commercial leasing
  • Real estate acquisitions/divestitures
  • Title and survey review

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Marc served as the Member/Manager of a commercial real estate company where he led the acquisition and redevelopment of multi-family and mixed-use properties in Denver and Nashville.  Marc also worked for two law firms in Denver where he represented commercial developers and covenant controlled communities. Marc earned his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and earned a B.A. in criminal justice from The Citadel.
