Jill Schwartz assists clients with commercial real estate and debt financing transactions. Her practice primarily involves:

  • Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of office, retail and mixed-use properties.
  • Representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including construction financing, term loan facilities, asset based secured financings and revolving credit facilities.

Jill also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies which involve real estate and financing issues.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Jill was an associate in the Atlanta office of Troutman Sanders LLP where she assisted clients with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Jill earned her law degree from Vanderbilt Law School and a B.A. in American studies from Franklin & Marshall College.
