Luke Salyers is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He primarily represents hospital systems and other healthcare providers in managed care disputes and risk management matters. In the managed care space, Luke helps clients stay abreast of the latest legal and business developments and resolve disputes through negotiation, arbitration and litigation.

Representing a national hospital system in arbitrations around the country in disputes against a large commercial insurer for underpaying and denying hundreds of claims related to medical necessity
Representing several hospitals in a dispute against a large commercial insurer due to changes to coding policy in the provider manual contrary to underlying contracts
