Ryan Richards advises clients on a variety of transactional and corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, joint ventures and private offerings. Ryan also advises clients in private equity and venture capital financing transactions. His clients include established companies as well as start-ups and emerging growth companies across a range of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, media and technology.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Ryan was an associate at Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner, P.C.
