Jessica Reeves advises developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. Representing both borrowers and lenders, Jessica’s practice also involves assistance on a range of debt financing transactions, including real estate and construction loans and secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Jessica was an associate in the Nashville and Memphis offices of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP where she gained significant experience representing real estate investment trusts (REITs), hospitals, health systems and healthcare investors in leasing arrangements and purchase and sale agreements involving medical office buildings and other healthcare facilities. She also worked as a real estate agent and served as a property management intern at Yale University Properties prior to attending law school.
Jessica is actively involved in the Memphis real estate community, currently serving on the Membership and Management Committee for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Memphis Chapter. Prior to her legal career, she was a teacher at Klentzman Intermediate School in Houston, Texas, through Teach for America.
