Jordan Redler counsels investment funds through all stages of the fund’s life cycle, including with respect to formation, capital raising and operation of the fund. He has experience drafting operating agreements, private placement memoranda and subscription agreements for a variety of fund structures, including single investor funds and co-investment arrangements.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Jordan was an investment funds associate with Kirkland & Ellis LLP in its Houston office. Jordan earned a law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he served as notes and comments editor for the Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business, and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
