As former general counsel for hospital service companies, HealthTech Management Systems, Inc. and HealthTech Solutions Group, LLC, Brenda successfully contained enterprise-threatening events, including a qui tam action which was dismissed during early stage proceedings. She works closely with business executives to find practical solutions to regulatory and business issues and excels as a supportive team member.

Providing insight regarding the needs of smaller hospitals integrating with larger systems as well as broad assistance to other healthcare clients, Brenda adopts a holistic approach in addressing the effects of healthcare regulation on an entire organization. Drawing from her experience, she offers a strong understanding of hospital operations, revenue cycle and healthcare technology, and provides effective management and organizational strategies.
